Three ports are located nearby that offer possibilities for cargo and material handling. The new Logistics Park in Sundvall has state-of-the-art solutions for large-scale industry and the Delta Terminal in Timrå and the Port of Härnösands are modern combined terminals.

The railway passes next to the site with the nearest connection two kilometers from the site at the Delta terminal.

Sundsvall Timrå Airport is only five kilometers from the site. From there you can quickly reach the whole world via Arlanda Stockholm where the flight time is 40 minutes. Torsboda Industrial Park's office is located at the airport - Welcome.

The industrial park is located next to the coast of the Bothnian Sea not far from Sweden's geographical centre. The place is surrounded by a magnificent landscape with the world heritage site Högsta Kusten as a neighbour.
